EOE/AAE
Type of service typically performed includes Abdomen, Retroperitoneal, Carotid Doppler, Thyroid, Scrotum, DVT and limited vascular studies. Particular emphasis for this position is on screening for AAA in the appropriate patient population. Certification in one of the Ultrasound specialties is required. The Technologist reports to the Lead Ultrasonographer with ultimate supervision by the Chief of Radiology. The workload varies 10 to 15 or more studies per day depending on complexity.
The Ultrasonographer must be experienced with The HD4000 and IU22 ultrasound machines. |
